  • We run dedicated MXPT , Kickboxing and MXPT Strength Classes in the Auckland Eastern Bays area and now CBD. Kohimarama, Mt Wellington, Saint Heliers Mission Bay, Glendowie, Orakei, Remuera, Glen Innes, City
  • Workouts are 5 Min Warm Up, 45 Min Training, 10 min Stretch.
